Private Physiotherapy Fees:

Initial Consultation: $132

Subsequent Consultation: $110

Initial Pension Consultation: $122

Subsequent Pension Consultation: $96

Hicaps

Hicaps is available for Health Insurance and Medicare claiming.

DVA and TAC clients

DVA: No out of pocket fees.

TAC clients: TAC will cover some of the appointment fee. There will be a Gap required to be paid on the day of your appointment.

Medicare clients

A gap payment is required to be paid between your consultation fee and the Medicare rebate.

Work-cover clients

Workcover clients must pay the full fee on the day of your appointment and claim your rebate from Workcover.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you so if you need to cancel please give us as much notice as possible so other clients can book that time.

If an appointment is cancelled within 6 hours, 50% of appointment fee will be charged.

If an appointment is cancelled within 2 hours and in case of client no show, the full fee will be charged.
