What does a sports physio do?
A sports physio uses techniques tailored specifically for athletes and active individuals. They focus on sports-related injuries and prevention, unlike general physical therapy, which addresses a broader range of aches and pains.
Can I work with a sports physio even if I'm not Injured?
Absolutely! A sports physio can also help improve your performance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing by providing you with the tools to reduce injury and support your sporting needs.
How long is a sports physio appointment?
Typically, a consultation with our sports physiotherapist lasts about 30-45 minutes, depending on the complexity of the injury and the therapy required.
