Having experienced many common sporting injuries myself during my teenage years and early adulthood, I understand the debilitating effect of an injury. Seeing a physiotherapist who was effective in reducing my pain and restoring my movement motivated me to study physiotherapy so I could also help others to recover from injury.

Josh has worked in private practice physiotherapy for over 12 years and has completed further specialist training in many areas including lower back pain, lumbo-pelvic function, shoulder pathology and Clinical Pilates, I have developed the skills needed to treat injuries that occur at work, in the home and on the sports field.

Imogen Molloy
Physiotherapist

Bachelor of Applied Movement Sciences/Masters of Physiotherapy

Having played competitive tennis from a young age, I have experienced a range of shoulder, elbow, ankle, and hip injuries. The long-term physiotherapy support I received not only allowed me to return to my sport but also inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. It also allowed me to develop a strong interest in sporting injuries.

With several years of tennis coaching experience, I have developed strong skills in communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and teamwork to help improve tennis specific skills, both physically and mentally. Now as a physiotherapist, I bring together my background in sport, my personal experience with injury rehabilitation, and my coaching skills to provide empathetic, and goal-focused care. I am passionate about helping people restore function, build confidence, and return to the activities that matter the most to them.
