Our Physiotherapy Services

We look beyond symptoms to tackle the root of your injury or condition, from acute wry neck and sciatica to frozen shoulder and knee osteoarthritis; we offer a range of physiotherapy services. Our approach isn’t just about creating relief but building strength to protect you against future issues. Our therapists are skilled at treating various conditions, tailoring exercises and manual therapies to your unique needs.

Neck pain is becoming increasingly common as we spend more time in front of computers and other devices. Working from home can cause muscle spasms in the neck (acute wry neck), pain shooting down your arm (nerve root compression) and constant headaches. Using targeted exercises and manual therapy techniques, we aim to alleviate pain, improve mobility, address the underlying causes to prevent a recurrence and give you the tools to better care for your neck and back.

The shoulder is a very complex joint that articulates with the shoulder blade and neck to allow us to move our arm in several different ranges of movements. Whether you have a frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement, or a tear in the rotator cuff muscle, we can help regain your movement and reduce pain. We strive to restore shoulder mobility, relieve pain, and strengthen the muscles through specialised exercises and manual techniques to reduce the risk of future issues.

Lower back pain can cause significant functional limitations and disability. Lifting and bending can cause disc injuries, sciatic pain, and pelvic pain (sacroiliac joint pain). We use a combination of personalised rehabilitation exercises and hands-on treatments to reduce pain, enhance function, and strengthen the back to support everyday activities and prevent future injuries.

The knee is a typical joint injured while running, cycling, and playing sports, which places high stress on the body. We can help with ligament injuries to the knee, ACL injuries, pain around the front of the knee (patellofemoral pain), and osteoarthritis. We focus on restoring strength, stability, and range of motion through carefully chosen exercises and manual therapy, enabling you to return to your favourite activities with confidence and reduced risk of re-injury.
